At The Mama Exchange, everything we do begins with one simple belief — no mama should feel alone.
As our community continues to grow across Central New Jersey, we are proud to introduce a new initiative that reflects our heart and our commitment to serving families with intention.
The Community Spotlight Series is our ongoing initiative dedicated to highlighting, supporting, and uplifting families and communities throughout the year.

Why This Matters
The Mama Exchange supports hundreds of families, foster placements, local agencies, and daycares throughout Hunterdon and Somerset counties. Our community is diverse, resilient, and strong.
By intentionally dedicating time and attention to specific causes and communities, we ensure that every mama feels seen, valued, and supported.
Whether we are recognizing Women’s History Month, Mental Health Awareness Month, Diaper Need Awareness Week, Pride Month, or Native American Heritage Month, our focus remains the same:

Nicole Keller Promoted to Chief Operating Officer of The Mama Exchange
We are proud to announce the promotion of Nicole Keller to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The Mama Exchange.
Since the earliest days of our organization, Nicole has been an extraordinary force behind our growth, our operations, and our mission. What began as a role supporting community members and coordinating donations quickly evolved into something far greater. Through her leadership, dedication, and tireless daily efforts, Nicole has helped shape The Mama Exchange into the thriving, impactful organization it is today.

Nicole has been instrumental in overseeing daily community support, organizing and executing countless giveaways, coordinating donations, maintaining essential support threads, and ensuring that families in need are met with compassion, dignity, and care. Her work has directly impacted hundreds of local mothers, children, and families — and her influence continues to expand our reach every day.

As Chief Operating Officer, Nicole will oversee organizational operations, program execution, and community initiatives, helping ensure that The Mama Exchange continues to grow sustainably while staying deeply rooted in its mission: supporting moms and families through community, compassion, and shared resources.
Nicole’s promotion reflects not only her immense contributions, but also the trust, leadership, and vision she brings to this organization. Her commitment to serving others embodies the very heart of The Mama Exchange.
